To enrich employees’ after-work life and strengthen team cohesion and collaboration, Starfinity recently organized a spring outdoor team-building event. Employees from various departments participated enthusiastically, forging a spirit of striving through collaborative competition.

At the start of the event, under the coach’s guidance, all participants completed ice-breaking warm-ups and team formation. Each team determined its own name and slogan, quickly breaking down departmental barriers and creating a relaxed and harmonious team atmosphere. The event featured two core activities: the Power Circle and Aerobic Drumming.

In the Power Circle challenge, all employees gripped a rope to form a closed loop and rotated it in unison with focused effort. Starting from a set target of 666 rotations and a challenge target of 888 rotations, they overcame difficulties and ultimately completed an extreme challenge of 1,000 rotations. Cheering each other on and facing physical tests head-on, they surpassed expectations through persistence and teamwork, experiencing firsthand the powerful energy of collective effort.

The Aerobic Drumming activity was full of fun. All participants followed the rhythm, cooperated seamlessly, and played drums together. The uniform drumbeats formed a symphony of collaboration, with laughter and joy filling the scene. After the competition, company leaders presented awards to the winning teams and delivered a summary speech based on the event performance. They highly commended employees’ excellent conduct in striving for excellence and mutual assistance, and encouraged everyone to integrate the team-building spirit into their daily work.

During breaks, employees gathered for meals and casual conversation, narrowing distances through relaxed interaction. During free time, recreational activities such as table tennis and board and card games were available, allowing everyone to relax and relieve work pressure.

The team-building event concluded successfully. It effectively relieved employees’ work fatigue, deepened cross-departmental communication, and tempered a team character of overcoming difficulties and working together. Going forward, all employees will translate the cohesion and fighting spirit cultivated during the event into motivation for action, remain pragmatic and enterprising in their positions, and work together to drive the company’s business steadily forward on a new journey of high-quality development.
